We’ve had a lot of people asking how they can help or donate to this project. By donating a box membership, you are providing 12 boxes of meals to households who couldn’t otherwise afford them. A half box is designed to feed one meal to a couple, while a full box feeds a family of three to five.

Boxes contain everything you need to prepare a meal based around vegetables grown in Trill Farm Garden and with ingredients from other local producers.

Boxes are delivered to local collection points fortnightly on Fridays, from July to December. The first box will contain meals already prepared with very easy to follow reheating guidelines, then each fortnight the level of preparation required will increase slightly, teaching cookery skills as we go.

PLEASE NOTE that by donating a box, you will not be signing up to receive one yourself. If you’d like a box of your own AND to contribute to a box for someone else, we suggest ordering a Half or Full box and paying the highest amount. Anything you pay above cost price subsidises a box for a household who pay less or not at all.
